This authorization allows foreign nationals to obtain temporary residence in Spain if they can prove continuous stay in the country and have a job offer that meets the requirements established by current regulations.
✨ Authorizes residence and employment in Spain during its validity.
✨ Facilitates integration into the formal labor market.
✨ Possibility of renewal if the established requirements are met.
✔️ Foreign nationals who are in Spain and can prove continuous stay of at least 2 years.
✔️ The applicant must have a job offer that meets the established requirements.
✔️ Does not allow for the inclusion of dependent family members in the initial application.
✅ Not be a citizen of a Member State of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland.
✅ Have no criminal record in Spain or in the countries where the applicant has resided in the last 5 years.
✅ Not be prohibited from entering Spain or listed as inadmissible in the Schengen Area.
✅ Prove continuous stay in Spain for at least 2 years.
✅ Have a job offer that meets the established requirements.
📌 Valid and complete passport.
📌 Criminal record certificate from the country of origin and from the countries where the applicant has resided in the past 5 years.
📌 Documents proving continuous stay in Spain (e.g., registration certificate, utility bills, etc.).
📌 Employment contract signed by both parties that meets the established requirements.
📌 Proof of payment of the corresponding fee.
✅ Initial validity: 1 year.
✅ Renewal: It is possible to modify to a residence and work permit if the requirements are met.
Gather all supporting documents proving continuous stay and the job offer.
Submit the application to the competent Immigration Office.
The Administration will issue a decision on the application within a period of 3 months.
Once granted, the Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) must be processed.
